Deliverables Schedule definition

Deliverables Schedule means the information that has been previously provided by the Seller to the Buyer relating to certain information requested by the Buyer.
Deliverables Schedule means that written document representing the mutually agreed upon quantities and delivery dates of Deliverables throughout the Addendum Term. The Deliverables Schedule is incorporated by reference into this Addendum as Exhibit A.
Deliverables Schedule means the schedule for delivery of Deliverable Items and performance of Services as set forth in Exhibit A pursuant to the Contract.

More Definitions of Deliverables Schedule

Deliverables Schedule means the schedule identifying the documents to be delivered by Contractor, and Owner’s period for review thereof, prepared by Contractor and agreed to by Owner in accordance with Section 5.5 and the requirements of Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix F, Appendix G and the other applicable provisions of this Agreement.

Deliverables Schedule means the schedule, including Delivery Dates, for the Deliverables other than the Initial Deliverables and the payments and Delivery Dates associated with such Initial Deliverables, to be mutually agreed upon by the Parties and incorporated herein by reference.

Related to Deliverables Schedule

  • Receivables Schedule means the schedule of receivables attached as Schedule A, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Order Form means an ordering document specifying the Services to be provided hereunder that is entered into between You and Us or any of Our Affiliates, including any addenda and supplements thereto. By entering into an Order Form hereunder, an Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as if it were an original party hereto.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.
