Milestone Schedule definition

Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

Milestone Schedule means Seller’s schedule to develop the Generating Facility as set forth in Exhibit G, including any revisions thereto in accordance with this Agreement.

Milestone Schedule means Owner’s schedule to develop the Project as described in Section 4.5 and as set forth in Exhibit F, including any revisions thereto in accordance with this Agreement.

• Neither Party shall be liable for failure to meet the Preliminary Milestone Schedule, any milestone, or any other projected or preliminary schedule in connection with this Agreement or the Project.

• The Preliminary Milestone Schedule is a projection only and is subject to change with or without a written adjustment to such Schedule.

• Non-confidential questions will be accepted via electronic upload to ProjectWise on the dates provided in the Milestone Schedule.

More Definitions of Milestone Schedule

Milestone Schedule means the schedule in the form of Appendix 6.1(a), setting forth Seller’s development, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and testing milestones, as set forth in Section 6.1.

Milestone Schedule means the schedule set forth in the Statement of Work setting out the dates by which the Parties are required to achieve the Milestones. “Milestones” means an event or task described in the Statement of Work for which there is a corresponding date by which it must be completed in the Milestone Schedule; provide Documentation as requested by the Customer, which must: (i) contain all necessary information to enable the Customer's personnel to install, operate, maintain, and update the Website; and (ii) be delivered in both hard copy and electronic form in the formats specified in the Statement of Work; and at all times, provide a sufficient number of qualified and skilled personnel (“Personnel”) to perform and complete the Services and take all reasonable measures to ensure that all of its Personnel who perform any Services hereunder will comply with the duties and obligations under this Agreement.

Milestone Schedule means the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit 4A.

Milestone Schedule has the meaning assigned in Section 2.5.3.

Milestone Schedule means the completed schedule in the form of Appendix 6.01(A), setting forth Seller’s engineering, permitting, procurement, contract, financing, and construction milestones.

Milestone Schedule is a Project schedule submitted during the Validation Phase that projects Milestones for design and construction, including anticipated completion of design and procurement of permit(s), procurement of long lead items, projections for key Construction Work, Owner’s occupancy requirements, and projections for Substantial Completion and Final Completion. The Milestone Schedule will be used as a management tool only, however the Contract Time will be tied to the milestone Project Final Completion date, subject to adjustment through approved Change Order.

Milestone Schedule means Schedule 1.1 attached hereto, which sets forth the milestone events and corresponding time periods for which such milestones are required to be achieved.
