Service Schedule definition

Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

Service Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

Service Schedule means the service schedule attached to the Side Agreement as Schedule 2.

Examples of Service Schedule in a sentence

• Any Statement of Work or Service Schedule entered into under these Terms of Service will be reviewed annually from the date of signing, or as required, to re-assess the fees, scope, requirements, and time frame for the deliverables in that Statement of Work or Service Schedule.

• Retail transmission service will be metered at the point of service termination in accordance with General Rule III(8) of the Full Service Schedule and Sections 7.1 and 7.2 of the Operating Procedure.

• The provisions of General Rules III(11) and (15) of the Full Service Schedule are also applicable with respect to payment matters such as backbills, estimated bills, plural-meter billing, tampered equipment, inability to gain access, deferred payment agreements, late payment charges, and interest on overpayments.

More Definitions of Service Schedule

Service Schedule means an applicable Conga service schedule containing terms and conditions specific to a particular Service. Service Schedules are attached in Exhibits B.

Service Schedule means a written service schedule provide by SAP that references the Agreement for the applicable Cloud Service ordered by Partner.
