Software Order Form definition

Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.
Software Order Form means the TELCOR Quotation for the item(s) of TELCOR software which incorporates the SAP Software ordered by Licensee thereunder, including any necessary information on SAP Software and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee by TELCOR.
Software Order Form means the written order form or other ordering documentation (including a registration Webpage or Website) entered into by AWS and Customer containing the specific terms and conditions applicable to the Service through which the Software is provided .

Examples of Software Order Form in a sentence

  • All notices or reports which are required or may be given pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed duly given when delivered to the respective executive offices of SAP and Licensee at the addresses first set forth in any Software Order Form.

  • The following order of precedence shall be applied in the event of conflict or inconsistency between provisions of the components of this Agreement: (i) the Software Order Form; (ii) the Schedules; (iii) the GTC; and (iv) the Use Terms; except with respect to third party pass-through terms for Third Party Software stated in the Use Terms, in which case the Use Terms prevail over any conflict or inconsistency in any component of this GTC solely with respect to such third party pass-through terms.

  • Partner and SAP enter into an Order Form for VAR Delivered Support together with each Supported Software Order Form agreed for an End User who wants to receive VAR Delivered Support from Partner (both may be included in one order form).

  • Unless otherwise specified in the relevant Software Order Form, all payment terms are net thirty (30) days from date of invoice.

  • Partner and SAP enter into an Order Form for either SAP Enterprise Support or SAP Standard Support together with each Software Order Form for an End User who wants to receive VAR Delivered Support from Partner (both may be included in one order form).


More Definitions of Software Order Form

Software Order Form means the ordering document for the Software made available under this Agreement.
Software Order Form means the order form entered into between Licensee and SAP for licensing of the Software and Third Party Software ordered by Licensee under the GTC and procured by Licensee from the SAP Reseller pursuant to Section 4 of the GTC, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Delivered Support fees (if applicable), and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.
Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Customer thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information as well as terms and conditions necessary for the delivery of such items to Customer.

You and ARA may be collectively referred to as the “Parties.” The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software Product is being licensed, not sold, to You. As a result, You own a License (as defined in Section 1.8 below) to use the Software in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Software Order Form means a document You sign and submit to ARA that describes the Software You desire to License from ARA, and includes the related Initial License Fee, Annual License Fee, and Annual Support Fee for such Software. The Software Order Form is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.

Software Order Form means a document signed by HP and Supplier that describes the Licensed Product, Support and Maintenance (if required) to be provided by Supplier to HP and related business terms.
