Receivables Schedule definition

Receivables Schedule means the schedule of receivables attached as Schedule A, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
Receivables Schedule means the receivables schedule (which may be in the form of a computer file or microfiche list) in the form of Schedule I.
Receivables Schedule has the meaning assigned to that term in the Custodial Agreement.

Receivables Schedule has the meaning specified in the Purchase Agreement.
Receivables Schedule. The schedule of Receivables attached as Schedule 1 hereto, such schedule identifying each Receivable by name of the Obligor and setting forth as to each Receivable its Outstanding Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date, loan number, interest rate, scheduled monthly payment of principal and interest, final maturity date and original principal amount.
