Order Schedule definition

Order Schedule means MSC’s form Order Schedule or any other mutually agreed upon order schedule which references this Agreement (by citing the MSC Agreement Number above or otherwise) and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services to be provided by MSC to Customer hereunder and the fees to be paid by Customer.
Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered. 2.10 “Paid-up License” means a license which has a term beginning on the date specified in the Order Schedule and continuing perpetually. 2.11 “Services” means training or other services, if any, purchased under an Order Schedule.
Order Schedule means a OneStream ordering document which may include information such as, but is not limited to, number of Named Users, Applicable Term, and fees, which is executed and delivered by the parties.

Examples of Order Schedule in a sentence

  • In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and an Order Schedule, the Order Schedule shall prevail in respect of that Order Schedule only.

  • Upon termination of this Order Schedule pursuant to Section 3A of the Agreement and provided that S&P’s agreement(s) with the applicable third party licensor(s) permits, Licensee may continue to utilize any previously printed Informational Materials which contain the Marks for a period of ninety (90) days following such termination.

  • Each Order Schedule shall come into force on the Start Date stated therein and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of such Order Schedule and this Agreement.

More Definitions of Order Schedule

Order Schedule means a OneStream order schedule in the form attached as Attachment A or other document containing substantially the same information, in either case executed and delivered by the parties.
Order Schedule means an order schedule in the form set out in Appendix “A” of this Agreement specifying the License Scope of the Index or Indices (as applicable).
Order Schedule means the most current written quotation for the supply of Goods and/or Services.
