Construction Office. County may require, on a job by job basis, that Contractor shall provide and maintain an office, complete with telephone, heat, and air conditioning, that provides adequate space for use by both Contractors employees and the County Project Representative. The location of such office shall be on the Project site or as approved by the County’s representative.
Construction Office. 8.2.1 Any site construction office must be in a location approved by the Town Engineer, and may not be located on land owned by the Town. 8.2.2 Sufficient off-street parking must be provided for any site construction office to the satisfaction of the Town Engineer. 8.2.3 Any materials storage area, in connection with the site construction office or otherwise, must be screened appropriately from public view to the satisfaction of the Town Engineer.

All Demo/Construction Employers shall use their best efforts to conduct interviews for Demo/Construction Work job openings at the construction office in order to facilitate local hiring. Signage stating that job opportunities are available and providing contact information for potential applicants to obtain information about such opportunities shall be prominently displayed on the exterior of the construction office or in another prominent location of the Project Site.
