W AGES. The minimum hourly rates for full-time employees shall be as follows: classified as part-time student employees shall be paid the same hourly rate as full-time employees, this rate to be de­ termined by the number o f full-time work weeks their total number of continuous part-time hours would equal. PRODUCE MANAGER CLASSIFICATION— Produce Department doing One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) or more per week volume must be operated by a Produce Manager. W AGES. Wage rates for specified job classifications shall not be less than as set forth in Schedule “A” attached hereto as a part of this Agreement and shall be maintained for the life of the Agreement.

Extra help called at the beginning of a shift, if qualified, shall receive eight (8) hours’ pay. W AGES. (a) The following shall be the guaranteed minimum weekly salaries, and each employee covered hereby is guaranteed forty (40) hours of work each week. Any employee at the date of entering into this agreement receiving more or enjoying better conditions than herein provided shall suffer no loss of any kind as a result of this Agreement. Classifications and wage rates see Appendix A. Superannuated man’s rate of pay will be decided by the man involved, the employer involved, and the Union.

Certified Staff- Each certified staff member will receive the salary consistent with their step (row) and lane (column) of the attached salary schedules. Using the attached salary schedules, all certified staff members will receive one step per school year beginning in the 2020-2021 school year, and continuing to receive step increases in each of the following three school years: 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2024-2025. W AGES. The base salary for the school year will be For years two and three, the salary increase will be made up of two components. First, the Principal will receive a salary increase equal to the percentage increase that the Woburn Teachers Association members receive for that particular year. Second, the Principal will receive a merit-based pay increase, based on his/her evaluation by the Superintendent, not to exceed an additional 2% of his/her base pay from the previous year.
