Guaranteed Minimum. This Rule 5 applies to a Member, Widow or Widower where the Member has a guaranteed minimum in relation to the pension provided for the Member under the Scheme in accordance with section 14 of the Act.
Guaranteed Minimum. Representative shall guarantee to the Venture a minimum quarterly payment equal to (i) the number of projected page views, multiplied by 80%, multiplied by (ii) the Minimum Revenue Rate (the "Guaranteed Minimum Payment").
Guaranteed Minimum. Task Order 0001 will be issued concurrently with the base contract, awarding the guaranteed minimum award amount as stated in the solicitation and proposed by the offeror. Subsequent requirements will be identified at the task order level. The maximum total value of all ITES-3S MAIDIQ contracts shall not exceed $12,100,000,000.00. There is no guarantee that the Government will order the maximum value under this procurement.
Guaranteed Minimum. In consideration of LMS exclusive license, INRA TRANSFERT shall have the right to ask for an annual minimum royalty, as indicated in article 5.2.1 This minimum shall be determined, by mutual agreement between the Parties, by an amendment within the three last months of the second year of marketing of the CONTRACTUAL PRODUCTS. Failing an agreement on this minimum, the Parties shall nominate a third party as an expert acting in their common interest. This expert shall be chosen by mutual agreement or, in case of disagreement, by the President of the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris, at the request of the first Party to act. This expert shall have two months from his designation to render his decision. Besides, in case of non-payment of the minimum guaranteed within the contractual time limit INRA TRASFERT shall have the right to either change the exclusive license of EPLOITATION into a non-exclusive license or to terminate the EXPLOITATION agreement pursuant to the contractual termination clause in the territories where LMS has defaulted.
Guaranteed Minimum. Call Back In the event the Board exercises its authority to recall security personnel after 1.5 hours has elapsed from the close of the security officer's regular shift, said security officer shall be guaranteed 1.5 hours regardless of the time worked, provided said security officer actually reports for the assignment. The security officer shall be paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate if otherwise qualified for overtime pursuant to sub-section (b) above for work performed under this section. The Board reserves the right to choose and assign security officers to be recalled. Upon recall, the Board reserves the right to direct said security officer to work for the duration of the minimum guaranteed time.
Guaranteed Minimum. 1. Overtime, as defined above, which runs contiguous to regular employment times, shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half only for the hours actually worked.
Guaranteed Minimum. Contractor shall have no claim against County for payment of any kind whatsoever for any services provided by Contractor which were provided after the expiration or termination of this Agreement. Contractor understands that there is no minimum amount of compensation or work guaranteed by this Agreement and that County intends to contract with other Contractors to provide similar work.

Any payment made to PTV Netherlands pursuant to Section 14.2 with respect to Net Revenues earned in a Television Broadcast Year Quarter ending on or before September 30, 2001 shall be credited against the Guaranteed Minimum. If the amount of PTV Netherlands's Net Revenue earned during the Initial Term is greater than the Guaranteed Minimum, E-Pub shall pay such amount to PTV Netherlands in accordance with Section 13.
Guaranteed Minimum. In the event the Consultant is not issued any Work Orders under this Agreement and the Consultant has, throughout the term of the Agreement, complied with its obligation to submit reasonable project specific proposals, the Agency agrees to pay, and the Consultant agrees to accept, a minimum fee of $2,500.00. The Consultant further agrees that under such circumstances, it has no claim and/or action for any consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits against the Agency.
Guaranteed Minimum. Fees will be charged based upon a minimum number of Worksite Employees not to be less than 2,000 during the agreement term.
