Time Hours. The Employer agrees to post the scheduled hours of work, in advance, the first of every month. The Employer, for each twelve (12) week period, will calculate the total hours and average hours for all regular part-time employees and provide a copy of such to the Union on a quarterly basis. Regular part-time employees shall not average more than twenty-four (24) hours per week over each twelve (12) week period. If a part-time employee is requested to work, in excess of these hours due to illness or other emergencies, the Union shall be advised. The Employer shall make every reasonable effort to give regular part-time employees at least forty-eight (48) hours notice, in advance, of a change in scheduling of hours. The failure by the Employer to give proper notice, shall not result in the loss of pay for the affected employees.

  • Overtime Hours Except as otherwise provided in this section, all hours worked in excess of the established work day, before or after an employee's regular scheduled shift, or on any regularly scheduled day off, shall be considered overtime. All paid vacation time, paid holidays, paid sick leave, compensatory time off, and paid leaves of absence shall be considered as "time worked" for purposes of this Article. Part-time employees whose established work day is less than eight (8) hours shall not be considered to be working overtime until having completed eight (8) hours of work.

  • Service Hours The services shall be provided during the working hours and days as defined by the Contractor.

  • Extra Hours (a) Any additional hours beyond base hours shall be offered in a fair and impartial manner among "A" list part-time employees in the classification and in the geographical location in which the additional hours are required.
