SCALE OF WAGES. 29.1 The classifications and rates of pay for employees and casual employees covered by this Agreement shall be set forth in Schedule “A” which shall form part of this Agreement.
SCALE OF WAGES. X. Xxxxxx: The scale of wages for the period covered by this contract is in Appendix W3.
SCALE OF WAGES. A. Progression from junior advertising sales person to salaried sales person shall occur automatically after the completion of the third year in the junior classification.

Minimum salary scales are as follows: For employees on staff as at November 29, 2001: Rate per Hour January 1, 2013 Experienced $14.25 Leader (Floor Person) $17.03 For employees hired after November 29, 2001 and prior to May 1st, 2013: Rate per Hour January 1, 2013 Experience$12.30 Leader (Floor Person) $17.03 For employees hired after May 1st, 2013: Rate per Hour Start rate $10.50 After six (6) months $11.00 One (1) year $11.50 Within two (2) two weeks of the date of ratification (May 1, 2013) a lump sum payment of $150.00 will be paid to all current employees actively employed. On the first pay period following January 1st, 2014 a lump sum payment of $200.00 will be paid to all current employees actively employed on January 1st, 2014. On the first pay period following January 1st, 2015 a lump sum payment of $250.00 will be paid to all current employees actively employed on January 1st, 2015.
