SCALE OF WAGES. Section 1. On the effective date of this Agreement, or on the date this Agreement is ratified and signed by the parties, whichever date is later, the Company agrees to pay not less than the following minimum wage rates:
SCALE OF WAGES. Minimum salary scales are as follows: For employees on staff as at November 29, 2001: Rate per Hour January 1, 2013 Experienced $14.25 Leader (Floor Person) $17.03 For employees hired after November 29, 2001 and prior to May 1st, 2013: Rate per Hour January 1, 2013 Experience$12.30 Leader (Floor Person) $17.03 For employees hired after May 1st, 2013: Rate per Hour Start rate $10.50 After six (6) months $11.00 One (1) year $11.50 Within two (2) two weeks of the date of ratification (May 1, 2013) a lump sum payment of $150.00 will be paid to all current employees actively employed. On the first pay period following January 1st, 2014 a lump sum payment of $200.00 will be paid to all current employees actively employed on January 1st, 2014. On the first pay period following January 1st, 2015 a lump sum payment of $250.00 will be paid to all current employees actively employed on January 1st, 2015.
