CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES. The occupational classifications and the respective wage rates covered by this Agreement are as set forth in Appendix “A”.
CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES. 19.01 Classification and wage rates are as set out in Appendix “A” that is attached to and forms part of this Agreement. It is agreed and understood that the grid steps in Appendix “A” refers to each term of continuous service by an employee. The movement of non full-time employees shall be based on years of service as calculated in accordance with Article 7.01. The Employer may authorize an initial appointment at a step higher than Step 1 where it is warranted by recruiting exigencies or the candidate’s particular qualifications.
