Association Members definition

Association Members. The full-time faculty and non-administrative full-time professional librarians as set forth more fully in section 1.1. and 1.2 of the Agreement, hereinafter variously referred to as “members.”

Association Members means and consist of only the following types of District employees who are represented exclusively by the Association pursuant to the recognition clause contained in this Article: those assigned as teachers and teaching assistants in the regular day school instructional program and all those employed as per session teachers and per session teaching assistants, excluding all full time administrative personnel employed by the District.

Association Members means those entities recognised by GA’s constitution as its member organisations.

Examples of Association Members in a sentence

• Copies of materials distributed to the Community Association Board except for unapproved minutes or materials for executive sessions shall be reasonably made available to Community Association Members.

• At said meeting, upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all of the Community Association Members then-entitled to vote to remove such member or members of the Community Association Board from office, such member or members of the Community Association Board shall be so removed.

• If a special meeting has not been set within thirty (30) days, the parties requesting the special meeting may directly notify all of the non-requesting Community Association Members of the meeting.

• The Community Association Board must meet at least annually, always at the Community Association’s location or at a convenient place for Community Association Members.

• The Community Association may designate a different address or addresses for notice by giving written notice of such change of address to all Community Association Members at such time.

• The Members of the Association shall consist of seven classes: (1) local Associations, (2) local Association Members, (3) Realtor® Members, (4) Realtor-Associate® Members, (5) Institute Affiliate Members, (6) Affiliate Members, and (7) Honorary Members.

• Special meetings of the Community Association Members may be held to address any matter affecting the Community Association if the Community Association President, a Majority of the Community Association Board, or at least ten percent (10%) (or less than ten percent (10%), if set forth in the Community Association Bylaws) of the Community Association Members call such a meeting.

• The Developer may voluntarily (but not be required to) permit Community Association Members to appoint or replace one or more members of the Design Review Committee at any time.

• Persons appointed to the Design Review Committee, other than those Persons appointed by the Developer, must be Community Association Members.

• The Community Association Members must meet annually at a time, date and place in accordance with the Community Association Bylaws.
