WAGES AND JOB CLASSIFICATIONS. 11.01 Employees shall be classified in accordance with the skills used and shall be paid not less than the minimum rate for such classification in accordance with the Schedule of Job Classifications and Hourly Rates of Pay as set forth in Appendix "A" attached hereto and made part of this Agreement.

Such job descriptions will include the duties required to be performed and the qualifications needed to be able to perform such duties. These job descriptions will be prepared with the assistance of the Joint Committee and submitted to the union for final approval. If the union does not respond within sixty days then the job descriptions will be deemed to be agreed to.

The signing bonus will not be used in the calculation of any other pay, allowance or benefit, but can be deferred to your 401(k) account and will be subject to all required tax withholding and Union dues.
