Vacation and Leaves. 6.1 Leave of Absence with Pay Purpose. The purpose of this provision is to provide equitable and competitive paid leave for vacation, illness and other reasons for employees.

Vacation and Leaves. Executive will be entitled, without loss of pay, to an annual vacation of not less than 4 weeks per year, to be scheduled in a reasonable manner by Executive. Vacation time not used within the calendar year will be forfeited. Executive will not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from the Bank for unused vacation time, including upon the termination for any reason of Executive's employment hereunder. Executive will be entitled to such other leaves as are provided for executive employees under Bank policies.
Vacation and Leaves. 13.01 An employee shall be entitled to vacation pay in the amount of 8% of the total gross salary for each month.
Vacation and Leaves. Administrators shall receive all fringe benefits including, but not limited to, vacation, sick leave, holidays, and leaves of absence, as specified in appropriate Board policy and District rules and regulations unless otherwise specified in this Agreement. Such benefits shall be as currently provided or as subsequently modified by the Board of Trustees. All benefits are subject to change at the discretion of the Board.
Vacation and Leaves. The Board will provide the Superintendent thirty (30) days paid vacation for each year of the Contract. Vacation time is to be arranged with the minimum disruption of the operation of the school system. Any unused vacation, at the conclusion of the year during the Contract, will be paid to the Superintendent, up to a maximum of ten (10) days at the current daily rate. Any unused days not paid out under the contract terms may be carried over in accordance with the Administrative Guidelines. In the event of termination of employment for whatever reason, the Superintendent shall be entitled to full compensation for any vacation days unused by the date of termination. In the event of death, such shall be paid to the estate in accordance with Section 2113.04 of the Ohio Revised Code. Paid sick leave days may be accumulated and utilized in accordance with regulations applicable to twelve-month administrative employees. The Superintendent is entitled to transfer all accrued but unused sick leave days from his previous employer, as of the date of his termination of employment with that employer.
Vacation and Leaves. The Superintendent shall earn twenty-five (25) days of annual paid vacation each contract year, beginning July 1, 2008. This is in excess of normal holidays of the school district. This leave shall accumulate up to 60 days and any unused portion of less than or equal to 60 days will be payable on the last day of the Superintendent’s employment at the rate of 100% of the current base daily salary rate. Instead of accumulating the days the Superintendent may request to be reimbursed for a maximum of 20 days per year in any contract year as long as the request is made prior to the end of the contract year. In addition, the Superintendent shall receive five (5) days per year for personal leave, which may not be accumulated year to year. The Superintendent shall be entitled to receive sick leave to the same extent as the Board provides for other twelve month administrative employees. All benefits previously accrued by Xxx. Xxxxx while serving as an employee of the School Board shall remain unchanged by this Contract.
