Vacation Days. If a Severance Termination has occurred, then, subject to subsection (a) of this Section, the Corporation shall promptly (but not later than the Severance Payment Date) pay (or cause the applicable SPAR Affiliate to promptly pay) to the Employee an amount equal to his or her accrued and unused vacation days (if any), computed at the Employee's Annual Salary, which the Corporation shall pay promptly and in accordance with the applicable policy of the Corporation (or if changed pending or following the applicable Change in Control, in accordance with the immediately preceding applicable policy of the Corporation). Vacation Days. Employee shall be entitled to 20 days paid vacation each calendar year during the term of this Employment Agreement. All vacation is accrued during the calendar year of work, should Employee not take all vacation days in any calendar year, no days will be carried over to the next year. If the agreement is terminated during a calendar year, any accrued and not taken vacation will be paid at the base salary rate, any vacation taken but previously not earned will not be deducted from any amount due to the Employee.
Vacation Days. Curators will accrue twenty (20) vacation days annually over 26 pay periods. Vacation leave may be used, if approved, in blocks of four (4) or eight (8) hours only. Vacation leave will be charged against work days only. On December 31 of each year, not more than 20 days may be accumulated. Any time in excess of 20 days (160 hours) will be forfeited. If a holiday observed by the Employer falls during approved vacation leave, no leave time shall be charged for such holiday.
Vacation Days. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of ------------- paid vacation during each year of the Employment Period, in addition to legal holidays; provided, however, that no such vacation time shall accrue or be -------- ------- earned to the extent that such accrual or earning would cause Executive's accrued or earned, but unused, vacation time to exceed four (4) weeks. Executive shall make reasonable efforts to schedule vacations so as not to conflict with the conduct of the Muzak Entities' business.
Vacation Days. During the Term, Employee shall be entitled to paid vacation days in accordance with Employer's policies with respect to such vacation days in place from time to time; provided, however, that Employee shall accrue or earn no less than 20 paid vacation days per calendar year. Employee will not forfeit vacation if they are not taken by calendar year end; provided, however, once Employee has accrued or earned the maximum number of vacation days provided for in any one year as provided in the preceding sentence, no additional vacation days will accrue or be earned by Employee until Employee has taken accrued or earned vacation days and reduced the balance of accrued or earned vacation days below that level. Thereafter, vacation days will accrue or be earned on a prospective basis only until and if, the maximum is again reached.
Vacation Days. Employee shall be entitled to two (2) weeks paid vacation days each calendar year during the term of this Employment Agreement.
Vacation Days. The Executive shall be entitled to twenty days of vacation for each Fiscal Year consistent with the Company’s vacation policy for Senior Management officers. The vacation days are earned for a given Fiscal Year during that same Fiscal Year; as a result, for any portion of a Fiscal Year worked, the vacation shall be prorated on the basis of the number of days worked during the Fiscal Year. Unused vacation days may not be carried over from year to year.
Vacation Days. Employee shall be entitled to the same paid vacation days each calendar year during the term of this Employee Agreement as authorized by the Company for its other employees, which is presently two (2) weeks of paid vacation, plus two additional days of paid time off for each year of service up to a maximum of three (3) weeks of paid time off after three years. However, to maintain a consistent level of support for customers and critical functions, vacations for certain personnel may be limited at certain times of year, and concurrent vacations within each department may be similarly limited for the purpose of maintaining continuity of coverage.
Vacation Days. In addition and in any event, promptly (but not later than the tenth business day) following the date of any termination or resignation pending or following a Change in Control, the Company shall pay (or cause the applicable SPAR Affiliate to pay) to the Employee an amount equal to his or her accrued and unused vacation days, computed at the Employee’s annual salary rate in effect immediately prior to his cessation of such employment (or, if greater, at the highest annual salary rate in effect at any time during the one-year period preceding the date of such termination) and in accordance with the applicable policy of the Company (or if changed pending or following a Change in Control, in accordance with the immediately preceding applicable policy of the Company).
