Vacation Days. Executive shall be entitled to twenty (20) days paid vacation each calendar year during the Term. Vacation days shall accrue in accordance with the policy established by the Company for its executives from time to time and the extent not used, shall not be carried over to the next calendar year.

The Employee acknowledges that personal days and sick days are not vacation days for this or any other purpose.
