Vacation Pay. (d) Paid Union leaves. All other payments, premiums, allowances etc. are excluded.
Vacation Pay. (a) Payment for vacations will be made at an employee's basic pay, except if an employee has been working in a higher paid position than their regular position for a majority of their regularly scheduled hours in the 60 workdays preceding their vacation, in which case they shall receive the higher rate.
Vacation Pay. Pay for vacation days for all bargaining unit employees shall be the same as that which the employee would have received had he/she been in a working status.
Vacation Pay. The rate will be the employee’s regular straight time rate of pay. Employees will receive pay for vacation at the time of their regularly scheduled paydays. An employee working less than the fiscal year will receive prorated pay for vacation following the conclusion of service.
Vacation Pay. Vacation pay to which an employee is entitled shall be paid to the employee at least one (1) calendar day before the beginning of his or her vacation, provided that the employee gives the Employer at least fourteen (14) days written advance notice. The amount of his or her vacation pay shall be based on the number of work days of planned absence due to vacation for each vacation period.
Vacation Pay. Upon receipt of 30 days' written notice, the Employer shall pay to the employee, immediately prior to the commencement of his/her vacation, an amount equivalent to his/her vacation pay earned, up to the amount of vacation time being taken.
Vacation Pay. Upon twenty-one (21) days' written notice, a regular employee shall be entitled to receive, prior to commencement of a vacation, a payroll advance equivalent to the amount of her regular paycheque issued during the vacation period.
Vacation Pay. An Employee may, upon giving at least ten (10) working days' notice, receive, on the last office day preceding commencement of her annual vacation, any pay cheques which may fall due during the period of vacation.
Vacation Pay. For each week of vacation to which the employee is entitled an employee will be paid as vacation pay thirty five (35) hours pay or forty (40) hours pay depending on the employee’s normal work week, or two percent (2%) of his earnings in the previous calendar year, whichever is greater.
