Daily Rate. One, divided by the number of days in the teacher’s annual base contract, times his/her base salary.
Daily Rate. (Column 12) - Payment will be made on basis of calendar days (0001 – 2400). For fractional days at the beginning and ending of time under hire, payment will be based on 50 percent of the daily rate for periods less than 8 hours. Under the daily rate equipment may be staffed with or without operator.
Daily Rate. No further payment under Clause 6 will accrue during any period that equipment under hire is not in a safe or operable condition or when LGFF furnished operator(s) is not available for the assigned shift or portions of the assigned shift. Daily Rate. In return for the County’s housing of an inmate of the Contract Agency, the Contract Agency shall pay the County seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for every calendar day said inmate is in the custody of the County. Such time period shall be measured from the time said inmate is transferred to the custody of the County and ends when the Contract Agency resumes custody.
Daily Rate. The County will xxxx the Contracting Agency on the 15th day of each month for amounts due to the County under this Agreement for services rendered in the prior calendar month. Payment shall be due from the Contract Agency by the 15th day of the following month. Account balances overdue 30 days or more will be subject to a service charge of 1% per month (12% per annum). Should collection action become necessary, the Contract Agency will pay collection costs associated with late payments.
Daily Rate. A teacher’s daily rate shall be determined by dividing the teacher’s Regular Teacher’s Contract Salary by the number of teacher contract days in the Regular Teacher’s Contract.

Daily Rate. In applying these provisions, a teacher's daily rate of pay shall be the basic daily rate at the time of retirement, as provided in the salary schedule for the basic school year, exclusive of co-curricular activities, extended employment or other additional compensation.
Daily Rate. In computing deductions for those absences for which a deduction in pay is to be made, the basis shall be the daily rate. The daily rate is calculated by dividing 184 days into the approved salary of the teacher. The calculation of the daily rate is subject to state regulation. Salaries of persons working less than a complete school year shall be calculated on the number of actual days taught times daily rate.
