Unused Days. Sick leave shall accumulate up to a maximum of one hundred thirty (130) days. If employment is terminated, any accumulated sick leave shall be canceled and employees shall not be compensated either in terminal pay or otherwise. If an employee shall not complete the work year, the Employer shall be reimbursed for any days or fractions of days used in excess of the proportionate leave days earned as of the termination date.
Unused Days. Employees cannot carry forward into a new calendar year, any unused portions of their guaranteed days off.

The amount of unused sick leave shall be certified to the teacher within thirty (30) days after the beginning of each work year. Upon a teacher's termination of employment with the School District when such employment has equaled or exceeded ten (10) years, the School District shall pay a bonus of two thousand dollars ($2000.00) to those teachers who have accumulated 120 days. For those teachers who have accumulated less than 120 days, the bonus will be prorated on a percentage basis. Ex: 119 days = 119/120 x $2000.00.
Unused Days. At the end of each Agreement year, unused PTO days will be added to the IAA principal’s and Administrative Xxxx’x previously accrued sick leave balance.
Unused Days. Full and part-time employees are eligible to accumulate to seventy-five (75) days. After five (5) years of continuous, full-time employment in the district, one quarter (1/4) of all sick leave accumulated shall be paid to the employee upon leaving under honorable conditions. Payment will be made at the employee's current rate of pay upon leaving.

After five (5) years of continuous, full-time employment in the district, one quarter (1/4) of all sick leave accumulated shall be paid to the employee upon leaving under honorable conditions. Payment will be made at the employee's current rate of pay upon leaving.
Unused Days. 12.15.5.1 Any days that are unused by the Teacher shall remain in the Catastrophic Leave Bank.
