Annual Vacation means a vacation to which an employee is entitled under section 34; (« congé annuel »)

Annual Vacation. Bid: In areas of the Department where vacation bidding occurs, the bureau or section shall develop a procedure that informs employees of the parameters for the bid process and posts two (2) weeks prior to the bid process. All employees shall be afforded the opportunity to bid for enough blocks of time to ensure they will not lose time at the end of the year. It shall be the employee’s responsibility to inform the supervisor if the bid does not afford the opportunity to utilize accrued leave without loss of time.
