Date of Termination definition
Date of Termination means the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the case may be; provided, however, that (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company notifies the Executive of such termination and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.
Date of Termination means the date of the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company specified in a Notice of Termination.
Date of Termination means the date specified in the Notice of Termination (which, in the case of a Termination for Cause, shall not be less than thirty (30) days from the date such Notice of Termination is given).

Following the Date of Termination of Executive pursuant to this Section 7(d), except as set forth in Section 7(d) and Section 14, Executive shall have no further rights to any compensation or any other benefits under this Agreement.
A “Notice of Termination” means a written notice which (A) indicates the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon, to the extent applicable, (B) sets forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of Executive’s employment under the provision so indicated, and (C) the Date of Termination.
Following the Date of Termination of Executive pursuant to this Section 7(e), except as set forth in Section 7(e) and Section 14, Executive shall have no further rights to any compensation or any other benefits under this Agreement.

Date of Termination means:
Date of Termination means (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company for Cause, or by the Executive for Good Reason, the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the case may be, (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company notifies the Executive of such termination and (iii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.
Date of Termination shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2 hereof.
Date of Termination means (A) if Executive’s employment is terminated for Disability, thirty (30) days after a Notice of Termination is given (provided that he shall not have returned to the performance of his duties on a full-time basis during such thirty (30) day period), and (B) if his employment is terminated for any other reason, the date specified in the Notice of Termination.
