Project Management and Quality Control. The CONSULTANT shall provide additional Project Management and Quality Control services that correspond to the services described in the following sections of this supplemental Scope of Services as required for the completion of the PROJECT.

Project Management and Quality Control. Perform general project management and control project quality, progress and budget for the scoped period of completion, including the CONSULTANT’s monthly reporting and invoicing requirements, monthly status meetings with the City, and similar efforts.
Project Management and Quality Control. We understand that maintaining schedules and controlling budgets are very important to local agencies. We will work closely with Santa Xxxx County staff to ensure that the project’s requirements are met efficiently. We have been very implementing monitoring projects by staying in close communication with the project proponents and being exceptionally responsive to the often-demanding schedules required to ensure that projects are not delayed as a result of the project’s specific issues. The County will be apprised of work progress or issues to be resolved via regular communications, both written and verbal, from our project manager. Field staff will fill out checklists and keep field notes on all activities at the work site. These can be provided immediately to the County if critical issues arise. The X.X. Xxxxxx Associates project manager will also phone and/or the County whenever urgent issues arise. We have used these coordination procedures on many monitoring projects to ensure open communication during the project period. One of X.X. Xxxxxx strengths is the use of our most senior staff for Quality Assurance and Quality Control. This provides high quality and rigorous oversight while ensuring that costs are kept to a minimum. Our quality standards, consistency and technical expertise are ensured on each project by maintaining involvement of our senior staff throughout the entire project. Senior Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx will oversee the quality control for all work products and will provide oversight on staffing assignments, client relations, and coordination with the regulatory agencies as necessary. Project Management and Quality Control. Description: To provide appropriate direction and project management for the development of the Gallup Municipal Airport Master Plan as each assignment is undertaken and completed, Xxxxxxxxx Consultants will maintain close liaison with Airport Management, and sponsor staff, interested parties, the FAA and NMDOT to ensure the plan truly reflects the appropriate airport role and development needs. To ensure consistency throughout the project in terms of written and graphic communication, Xxxxxxxxx Consultants will be responsible, through regular in-house meetings and communications, for quality control, final word processing, proof-reading, editing, final artwork and other graphics, presentation graphics, and production of all documents, including working papers, technical memorandums, draft reports, final reports, and others as appropriate. Ongoing coordination discussions will be held among Consultant team members for purposes of project quality control, coordination and strategy. In addition to Public Information Meetings and regular meetings and discussions will be held between the Consultant and Airport Management supported by telephone discussions and written progress reports. The purpose of the meetings will be to report on progress made on the study since the prior meeting, receive input from the participants, report on important phases or sub-phases that have been completed, identify problems encountered for the purpose of resolution, evaluate and select alternatives presented, and generally afford an opportunity to review the work and findings at various stages of completion. The Consultant will develop a schedule for conducting the Airport Master Plan, updating it as appropriate with the approval of Airport Management. Invoices will be submitted to the sponsor at key project milestones based on the percentage of tasks completed. Progress reports will accompany each billing. Responsibilities: • Consultant: Develop a program for project execution from all members of the Xxxxxxxxx Consultants team including schedule, budget, meeting summaries, xxxxxxxx, and progress reports. • Sponsor: Review and monitor all project management deliverables provided by Xxxxxxxxx Consultants. Output: A program for assuring an exceptional overall project developed collaboratively by Xxxxxxxxx Consultants and the City of Gallup.

Although the QA/QC concept has historically been applied to manufacturing and engineering standards, the concept can also be applied to utility services such as those proposed herein. For service‐oriented businesses, quality control (QC) is any procedure or set of procedures intended to ensure that a performed service meets the requirements of the client or customer. Similarly, but not identical, quality assurance (QA) is defined as a procedure or set of procedures intended to ensure that a service under development (before work is complete, as opposed to afterwards) meets specified requirements. An effective quality assurance system will increase customer confidence, enhance a company's credibility, improve work processes and efficiency, and enable a company to better compete with others. For Willdan, the QA/QC concept is based on overall “Company Quality.” This concept includes a focus on the client, the company personnel and the final product. (Consultant), solely responsible to the Town of Taos (Sponsor), will maintain a liaison with the Airport Management, Town Staff, the Pueblo, interested parties, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the New Mexico State Aviation Division to ensure the project is completed in a quality and timely manner. To ensure consistency throughout the project in terms of written and graphic communication, the Consultant will be responsible, through regular in‐house meetings and communications, for quality control, final word processing, proof‐reading, editing, final artwork and other graphics, presentation graphics, and production of all documents, including technical memorandums, draft reports and final reports. Invoices will be submitted to the Sponsor at key project milestones based on the percentage of tasks completed. A brief progress status narrative will also accompany each invoice.
