Project Budget. A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during each calendar month of the Term. The Project Budget must be approved in writing by the Project Monitor. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget. The current approved Project Budget is contained in Attachment B. Said Project Budget may be revised from time to time, but no Project Budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by Project Monitor. The funds granted under this Grant Contract cannot be used to supplant (replace) other existing funds.
Project Budget. The sum, established by the Owner, as available for the entire Project, including but not limited to the construction budget (Fixed Limit of Construction Cost (“FLCC”)), land costs, costs of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), financing costs, compensation for all professional services, costs of Owner- furnished goods and services, contingency allowances and other similar established or estimated costs.
Project Budget. The Department has established a budget for the Project as set forth in the Information Section of this Agreement (such budget, the “Project Budget”). Such Project Budget includes any and all amounts which may be due to the Design-Builder pursuant to this Agreement, and in no event shall the Design-Builder be entitled to recover more than the Project Budget unless the Design-Builder is authorized to exceed the Project Budget by the Department in advance and in writing.
Project Budget. The Grantee agrees to demonstrate fiscal stability and the ability to administer grant funds responsibly and in accordance with standard accounting practices by developing and adhering to a project budget that is based upon reasonable revenue development and expenditures projected to accomplish the project covered under the Agreement. This budget is referenced in Article 1.4 and is attached to the Agreement as the Restatement of Project Budget, and the Grantee agrees that all expenditures will be subject to the terms of the Agreement and will not significantly deviate from the budget included as a part of the Grantee’s program application or funding request information provided to the Miami-Dade County Department of
Project Budget. The budget approved by Member Consent for the acquisition, construction, development, marketing and financing of the Project. The initial Project Budget is attached hereto as Exhibit G.
Project Budget. The Owner shall establish and update an overall budget for the Project, including the Construction Cost, the Owner's other costs and reasonable contingencies related to all of these costs.
Project Budget. A. The project budget is the total funding available for the project. Any changes to the project budget will be issued in writing by the PM. The construction budget indicated on Appendix A is the funds available for construction. The Design Budget indicated on Appendix A represents ninety percent, (90%), of the construction budget. The Base Bid design cannot exceed the design budget unless authorized in writing by CDB.
Project Budget. Notwithstanding the working currency of the Recipient, the Centre limits its liability to the Canadian currency value stated in this Agreement.
Project Budget. A Project Budget for advertising and promotion shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur obligations against and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget for advertising and promotion. The Project Budget for advertising and promotion may be revised from time to time, but no budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by the Sponsor. The Project Budget for advertising and promotion is contained solely and exclusively in Attachment “A”.
Project Budget. Centre Funds shall be used exclusively for the budgetary purposes set forth in Part 4 - Project Budget. Unless specifically indicated in this Agreement, all budget line items shall be considered as upper-limit estimates against which actual and reasonable costs are reported (see Section A15 on matters related to reporting). The Recipient shall contact the Centre and obtain its written consent before making any substantial changes in the budgetary allocations. The budget will be reviewed in accordance with the Schedule of Project Milestones (Part 3) during the Grant Duration through the provision of annual disbursement forecasts (see Section A15).
