Project Budget. A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during the Term. The Project Budget must be approved in writing by the Project Monitor. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget. The current approved Project Budget is contained in Attachment “C”. Said Project Budget may be revised from time to time, but no Project Budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by Project Monitor. The funds granted under this Grant Contract cannot be used to supplant (replace) other existing funds.
Project Budget. The Owner shall establish and update an overall budget for the Project, including the Construction Cost, the Owner's other costs and reasonable contingencies related to all of these costs.
Project Budget. The sum, established by the Owner, as available for the entire Project, including but not limited to the construction budget (Fixed Limit of Construction Cost (“FLCC”)), land costs, costs of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), financing costs, compensation for all professional services, costs of Owner- furnished goods and services, contingency allowances and other similar established or estimated costs.
Project Budget. The Department has established a budget for the Project as set forth in the Information Section of this Agreement (such budget, the “Project Budget”). Such Project Budget includes any and all amounts which may be due to the Design-Builder pursuant to this Agreement, and in no event shall the Design-Builder be entitled to recover more than the Project Budget unless the Design-Builder is authorized to exceed the Project Budget by the Department in advance and in writing.

Owner or the applicable Vertical Owner or other Person succeeding to all or a portion of Owner’s development interests in the Project (or any Phase thereof) shall deliver to ACC the Project Budget with respect to each Phase of the Project prior to the commencement of construction of such Phase. Such party shall deliver quarterly updates to the Project Budget to ACC.
