Tracking Reports. Targacept shall provide to AstraZeneca such additional information and reports concerning Detail activity under the Co-Promotion Agreement at the times and in the manner specified in the applicable Plan; provided that (a) no less often than [********] after the launch of each Co-Promoted Product and (b) no less often than [********] thereafter, Targacept shall submit to AstraZeneca a written report containing the following information with respect to such month or Calendar Period, as the case may be: [********].
Tracking Reports. Each Party shall provide to the other Party such additional information and reports concerning Detail activity under the Co-Promotion Agreement at the times and in the manner specified in the applicable Co-Promotion Plan.

Tracking Reports. Provider shall track all continuing education classes via an auxiliary (“AUX”) or automatic call distributor (“ACD”) code and shall submit information regarding the same monthly with other Reports required hereunder. Such information shall include each Agent’s name, the exact amount of time such Agent spent in each Training course, the name of each such Training course, and the total time in the month spent by such Agent in continuing education training. Provider shall deliver all appropriate Training within the timeframes provided in applicable Training curricula, subject to reasonable KPI considerations.
Tracking Reports. NNH shall furnish to builder one (1) NNH Tracking Report for each of Builder's markets including three (3) national reports at a minimum of once each calendar quarter.

In addition, (A) no less often than [***] during the [***] after the initiation of MAP’s co-promotion activities with respect to any Licensed Product and (B) no less often than [***] thereafter, MAP shall submit to AstraZeneca a written report containing the following information with respect to such month or Calendar Period, as the case may be, for such Licensed Product: (i) the total number of PDEs for such Licensed Product performed by MAP; (ii) the total number of Primary Product Presentations and Secondary Product Presentations for such Licensed Product performed by MAP; and (iii) the number of PDEs for such Licensed Product performed by MAP made in total and individually to target prescribers and target purchasers (if any).
