Quality Standards definition

Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.
Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body (and their successor bodies), that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Supplier would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with (as may be further detailed in paragraph 2.4 of the Order Form) and any other applicable quality standards, Government codes of practice and guidance;
Quality Standards means the quality standards published by the British Standards Institute, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable body, that a leading company within the Contractor’s relevant industry or business sector would be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification Schedule.

More Definitions of Quality Standards

Quality Standards means the ‘Human Services Quality Standards’ forming part of the Quality Framework;
Quality Standards means the quality standards for your milk and animal health and welfare standards set out in Sections 3 and 4 of DFMC’s Milk Policy. Term has the meaning given to that term in clause 1(b).
Quality Standards means the standards that apply to Milk to be supplied to Bega as set out in Appendix A to this Agreement.

Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardization or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Schedule 4 (Specification) and where applicable shall maintain accreditation with the relevant Quality Standards authorisation body;
