Critical Issues. Critical issues will be addressed immediately upon notification and agreement with the other Party and will normally be resolved within one business day. If data needs to be restored from file backup system, restoration time will depend on the volume of data that needs to be restored. Critical problems occurring outside the core business hours will be handled on best effort basis. An example of critical problem would include major system hardware or software failure.
