Client or Customer means a company or individual that requests training and/or assessment and completes a course booking form online or by other approved formats agreed with CCTS or/and enters into any written or verbal contractual arrangement with us.

Client or Customer means any person engaging a reporting firm (RF) for the purposes of requesting, acquiring, or using Accountant or Trust Services or carrying out any transaction or business with the reporting firm (RF).

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement as applied to a particular occurrence or circumstance or otherwise shall not affect the validity, enforceability, and applicability of any other provision of this Agreement. The Employee asks any reviewing court to reform any restriction determined to be unenforceable due to its duration, geographic scope, or type of activity.
