Project Completion Report. At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

Project Completion Report. The Grantee shall prepare and submit to the State a separate Project Completion Report for each project included in Exhibit A. The Grantee shall submit a Project Completion Report (or a Component Completion Report, if a Project has multiple Components) within ninety (90) calendar days of Project/Component completion as outlined in Exhibit X.

Executive Summary The Executive Summary should include a brief summary of project information and include the following items: • Brief description of work proposed to be done in the original Grant application. • List any official amendments to this Grant Agreement, with a short description of the amendment. Reports and/or Products The following items should be provided, unless already submitted as a deliverable: • A copy of any final technical report or study, produced for or utilized in this Project as described in the Exhibit A • Electronic copies of any data collected, not previously submitted • Discussion of problems that occurred during the work and how those problems were resolved • Final project schedule showing actual progress versus planned progress as shown in Exhibit C Additional information that may be applicable for implementation projects includes the following: • Record drawings • Final geodetic survey informationProject photos Cost & Disposition of Funds A list showing: • Summary of Project costs including the following items: o Accounting of the cost of project expenditure; o Include all internal and external costs not previously disclosed (i.e., additional cost share); and o A discussion of factors that positively or negatively affected the project cost and any deviation from the original Project cost estimate. Additional Information • Benefits derived from the Project, with quantification of such benefits provided. • If applicable, Certification from a California Registered Professional (Civil Engineer or Geologist, as appropriate), consistent with Exhibit D, that the project was conducted in accordance with the approved Work Plan in Exhibit A and any approved amendments thereto. • Submittal schedule for the Post-Performance Report.
Project Completion Report. At the completion of construction and once an Approved Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants’ names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit. The Project Completion Report shall also include a Section 3 Summary Report of the total number of labor hours worked by all contractors and subcontractors, the total number of labor hours worked by Section 3 workers, and the total number of labor hours worked by Targeted Section 3 workers, as required pursuant to 24 CFR 75.25(a). In the event that the number of Section 3 worker labor hours divided by the total labor hours worked by all workers on a Section 3 project does not meet or exceed HUD’s twenty-five percent (25%) standard, and/or that the number of Section 3 targeted worker labor hours divided by the total labor hours worked by all workers on a Section 3 project does not meet or exceed HUD’s five percent (5%) standard, Subrecipient shall provide additional reporting on the qualitative nature of its activities and those its contractors and subcontractors pursued, as defined at 24 CFR 75.25(b).
Project Completion Report. Upon completion of the Project the Grantee will submit a final Project completion report for Department approval. Upon approval of the Project completion report the Department will issue a notice of Project close-out.

Project Completion Report. Grantee shall notify Grantor promptly in writing when the Project is completed (the “Project Completion Report”). In no event shall the Project Completion Report be submitted later than 30 days after the Project is completed in accordance with the Application and Scope of Work. The Project completion report may be submitted in substantially the same format as a quarterly progress report unless otherwise directed by Xxxxxxx. Following receipt of the Project Completion Report, Grantor will review the completed Project. Notice of Project completion and Grantor review shall be conditions to final disbursement of the Grant Funds.
