Project Review. A. Programmatic Allowances
Project Review. All plans, specifications, work write-ups, projected cost estimates, punch lists or other means of outlining work on a particular project will be submitted in writing to HCD for review and approval prior to bidding. HCD Construction and Rehabilitation Inspectors will review these items for compliance with new construction and/or rehabilitation standards and materials use.
Project Review. (a) If during the Project a party (Reviewer) forms the reasonable opinion that some aspects of the Project should be varied, then the Reviewer must promptly send the other party (Receiver) a notice giving details of the basis for its opinion and a proposal as to how the Project (and including the Project Plan if applicable) should be varied (Review Notice).
Project Review. It is the responsibility of County to coordinate with the STATE regarding the progress of the Project as defined in the Scope of Work and related attachments. The STATE may request in writing, at its discretion, written progress updates, which the County shall provide to the STATE within 15 calendar days of the STATE’s request.
Project Review. 1.1 The CM shall meet with the OWNER, the Project Designers and any other design team members to fully understand the Program, the design documents, the Project scope and all other pertinent aspects of the Project.

Project Review. 11.1 The Project will be reviewed by the CRC Executive and Research Advisory Sub- Committee in accordance with the Participants Agreement.
Project Review. 14. The Borrower, MDF and ADB shall undertake Project review twice a year for the first two (2) years of the Project implementation and once a year thereafter. A mid-term review shall be conducted two (2) years after the commencement of the Project implementation. The mid-term review shall include a detailed evaluation of the Project scope, implementation arrangements and progress in achieving scheduled targets and compliance with Loan covenants.

If FEMA determines an Undertaking conforms to one or more of the allowances in 000 Xxxxxxxx X of this Agreement, FEMA will complete the Section 106 review process 480 by documenting this determination in the project file, without SHPO and Tribal review 481 or notification. 482
Project Review. 22. The Borrower shall review the performance of the Project through the PMU on a quarterly basis, which shall be completed by the tenth day of the month following the quarterly review. The board of directors of the Borrower shall review the performance semi- annually and shall forward semi-annual progress reports to ADB by the tenth day of the month following the semi-annual review. ADB shall review semi-annual progress reports and shall undertake annual review missions and tripartite reviews chaired by the Guarantor. In addition, a midterm review shall be conducted by ADB and the Borrower in the financial year 2014-15.
