Project Inspection definition

Project Inspection has the meaning given to it in clause 4;
Project Inspection means a field inspection and documentation review performed by the Planning Director at the time of Final Building Inspection Clearance to verify that the Project has been completed in full compliance with the terms and conditions of approval. The Project Inspection shall be performed upon completion of construction and the Project must be fully compliant with all terms and conditions of approval prior to and as a condition precedent to obtaining Final Building Inspection Clearance.

Examples of Project Inspection in a sentence

  • Contractor shall verify that forms DSA 152 Project Inspection Card (or current version) are issued for the Project prior to commencement of construction.

  • Upon the DISTRICT’s award of a Construction Contract to the Contractor, the ARCHITECT shall obtain the necessary Project Inspection Cards (“PIC”) (Form DSA 152) from the DSA that are needed for the Project Inspector’s use in approving and signing off work on the PROJECT as it is completed by the Contractor.

  • The Project Inspection Card number for site work (includes non-building site structures) will be “#SW.” Inspection card numbers for in-plant construction of permanent modular or relocatable buildings will use form DSA 152-IPI and be consecutive starting with the number 01, followed by the letters “IP” (01IP, 02IP, 03IP, etc.).

  • The Construction Manager shall immediately inform the District and the Architect if the Project Inspector does not have the requisite Project Inspection Cards needed for the inspection and completion of the Project.

More Definitions of Project Inspection

Project Inspection means the periodic inspection by the Program Review Officer and/or appropriate Town staff to determine an Applicant’s qualification for the Program, review project progress, and to evaluate a completed project with respect to the Program Agreement.

  • Home inspection means the on-site, physical review of the home of an applicant to assure the applicant and the home meets all health and safety requirements within these rules.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
