Common use of Project Completion Report Clause in Contracts

Project Completion Report. Funding Recipient shall prepare and submit to State a Project Completion Report, either separately or as part of the final Annual Progress Report. Funding Recipient shall submit the Project Completion Report within ninety (90) calendar days of Project completion. The Project Completion Report shall include, in part, a description of actual work done, any changes or amendments to the Project, and a final schedule showing actual progress versus planned progress, and copies of any final documents or reports generated or utilized during the Project.

The Project Completion Report shall also include certification of final Project by a registered civil engineer, consistent with Paragraph B-8 of this Funding Agreement.
