Common use of Project Completion Report Clause in Contracts

Project Completion Report. Within 60 days after the completion of the Project, the Grantee will prepare and submit to the Department a Project Completion Report in the form prescribed by the Department. The Project Completion Report will describe the total costs incurred for the Project, identify the final completion date, summarize any significant problems encountered in carrying out the Project, provide the final information for each item set forth in paragraph (a) in this Section, and describe how the Grantee has fulfilled all requirements as set forth in the most current version of the CDBG/NSP Grant Administration Manual, Chapter 13, Project Closeout. Within 15 days of approving the Project Completion Report, the Department will issue the Notice of Project Close-out.
