Exhibit D. MOVE-OUT CONDITIONS Tenant shall surrender the Premises in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear, casualty loss, and condemnation covered by Paragraphs 16 and 17 excepted. Before surrendering the Premises, Tenant shall remove all personal property, trade fixtures, and such alterations or additions to the Premises made by Tenant as may be required to be removed pursuant to the Lease. The following list is designed to assist Tenant with the move-out procedures but is not intended to be all inclusive.
