Grant Funds definition

Grant Funds means any and all funds allocated or disbursed to Grantee under this Agreement.
Grant Funds means available funds payable by the State to Grantee pursuant to this Grant.
Grant Funds means the funds that have been appropriated, designated, encumbered, or otherwise made available for payment by the State under this Agreement.

Examples of Grant Funds in a sentence

  • Grantee shall provide written notice to Grantor within a reasonable time not to exceed Thirty (30) days of planned changes or modifications which impact the scope, purpose, objectives, or nature of the Project for which the Grant Funds were awarded.

  • If Grantor determines that the changes or modifications are of such significance as to no longer qualify the Project for Grant Funds, Grantor may terminate this Agreement in its discretion.

  • Grantor shall furnish Grant Funds to Grantee on a reimbursable basis.
