Project Reports; Completion Report. 1. The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Standard Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the World Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than one (1) month after the end of the period covered by such report.

Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than 45 days after the end of the period covered by such report; prepare, under terms of reference satisfactory to the World Bank, and furnish to the World Bank, on or about June 30, 2012 a report integrating the results of the monitoring and evaluation activities performed pursuant to sub-paragraph (a) of this paragraph, on the progress achieved in the carrying out of the Project during the period preceding the date of said report and setting out the measures recommended to ensure the efficient carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof during the period following such date; and review with the World Bank, by July 31, 2012 or such later date as the World Bank shall request, the report referred to in sub-paragraph (c) of this paragraph, and, thereafter, take all measures required to ensure the efficient completion of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof, based on the conclusions and recommendations of the said report and the World Bank’s views on the matter.

  • Project Reports 1. The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Association. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Association not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Construction Reports Each Constructing Entity shall issue reports to each other Construction Party on a monthly basis, and at such other times as reasonably requested, regarding the status of the construction and installation of the Interconnection Facilities. Each Construction Party shall promptly identify, and shall notify each other Construction Party of, any event that the Construction Party reasonably expects may delay completion, or may significantly increase the cost, of the Interconnection Facilities. Should a Construction Party report such an event, Transmission Provider shall, within fifteen days of such notification, convene a technical meeting of the Construction Parties to evaluate schedule alternatives.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Inspection Reports Each Party, upon reasonable prior notice from the other Party, agrees to submit to an inspection of its books, records, accounts, and facilities relevant to the Program, from time to time, during regular business hours subject, in the case of Bank, to the duty of confidentiality it owes to its customers and banking secrecy and confidentiality requirements otherwise applicable under Applicable Laws. All expenses of inspection shall be borne by the Party conducting the inspection. Notwithstanding the obligation of each Party to bear its own expenses of inspection, Company shall reimburse Bank for reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred by Bank in the performance of periodic on site reviews of Company’s financial condition, operations and internal controls. Company shall store all documentation and electronic data related to its performance under this Agreement and shall make such documentation and data available during any inspection by Bank or its designee. With such frequency and in such manner as mutually agreed by the Parties, Company shall report to Bank regarding the performance of its obligations.

  • Progress Report By March 1 of each year, ***** will submit a written annual report to Stanford covering the preceding calendar year. The report will include information sufficient to enable Stanford to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government and for Stanford to ascertain progress by ***** toward meeting this Agreement’s diligence requirements. Each report will describe, where relevant: *****’s progress toward commercialization of Licensed Product, including work completed, key scientific discoveries, summary of work-in-progress, current schedule of anticipated events or milestones, market plans for introduction of Licensed Product, and significant corporate transactions involving Licensed Product. ***** will specifically describe how each Licensed Product is related to each Licensed Patent.

  • Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review. Provision shall be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two (2) places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee shall sign in one of the places provided within seven (7) calendar days. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an evaluation report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the evaluation. The employee shall receive a copy of the evaluation report at the time of signing. An evaluation report shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure.

  • Test Reports Within five (5) business days after the completion of the performance test, Seller shall prepare and submit to Department a written report of the test in accordance with Section 6 of PTC 22. At a minimum, the report shall include (i) the approved test procedure, (ii) a record of the personnel present for the test whether serving in an operating, testing, monitoring or other such participatory role, (iii) documentation of the satisfactory completion of the start-up and stabilization period, (iv) a record of any unusual or abnormal conditions or events that occurred during the test and any actions taken in response thereto, (v) the measured data, (vi) a verification of the validity of the test in accordance with Section 3.5.1 of PTC 22, (vii) the adjusted data with supporting calculations, (viii) Plant Capacity with supporting calculations, (ix) a curve showing MW output versus ambient temperature over the range of 40 F to 120 F with and without inlet cooling in service, and the curve with inlet cooling in service shall be used for Dispatch purposes, and (x) Seller’s statement of either Seller’s acceptance of the test or Seller’s rejection of the test and reason(s) therefore. Within five (5) business days after receipt of such report, Department shall notify Seller in writing of either Department’s acceptance of the test or Department’s rejection of the test and reason(s)

  • Evaluation Report 20.5.4.1 The summary evaluation report shall be prepared by the Faculty Evaluation Committee and administrative evaluator(s) and shall include each evaluator’s individual rating. The summary evaluation report shall take into account the results of each of the evaluation components (Section 20.5.3) in order to arrive at an overall rating. When the committee and the administrative evaluator(s) cannot reach an agreement as to the overall rating, the report must include written explanation.
