Acceptability of Insurers. Insurance is to be placed with insurers with a current A.M. Best rating of not less than A:VII.

All policies of insurance carried by non-admitted carriers are subject to all of the requirements for policies of insurance provided by admitted carriers described herein.

The State of Arizona in no way warrants that the above-required minimum insurer rating is sufficient to protect the Contractor from potential insurer insolvency.
