Brief Summary. The CARES Act includes many provisions to support American families, small businesses, and the economy while the nation works its way through the COVID-19 outbreak. Key provisions include the following: • Ensures that all testing for COVID-19 is covered by private insurance plans, with free coverage of a vaccine within 15 days for COVID-19 when such a vaccine is available. • For eligible small businesses, sole proprietors, independent contractors, and other self-employed individuals, the Act provides $349 billion through federally backed loans under a modified and expanded Small Business Administration (SBA) 7(a) loan guaranty program. These loans can be used to pay for utilities, rent, mortgage, and payroll. Borrowers are eligible for loan forgiveness for the first 8 weeks of the loan. The Small Business Administrator has no more than 15 days after the date of enactment to issue regulations. • The measure provides $500 billion to the Department of Treasury’s exchange stabilization fund for use in loans, loan guarantees, and other investments for distressed businesses that do not qualify for the small business relief. This includes direct lending of $25 billion for passenger air carriers, $4 billion for cargo air carriers, and $17 billion for businesses determined to be important to national security. The remaining $454 billion is eligible for direct lending to distressed businesses meeting specified criteria. These provisions also include prohibitions on recipients of relief engaging in stock buybacks, and all loans must be used to retain at least 90 percent of the workforce. • For those who lost employment because of the pandemic, the measure provides robust unemployment insurance, including for self-employed, independent contractors, and those with limited work history. The assistance will include an additional $600 per week for each recipient and provides an additional 13 weeks of benefits to those who remain unemployed after state unemployment benefits are no longer available. • U.S. individual taxpayers with an adjusted gross income of up to $75,000 ($150,000 joint) are eligible for a full $1,200 ($2,400 joint) rebate, and an additional rebate of $500 per child. Americans will not be required to do anything to receive a rebate check, as the IRS will use a taxpayer’s 2019 tax return or their 2018 return if they have not yet filed. The rebate is reduced by $5 for each $100 of the taxpayer’s income that exceeds $75,000 and completely phases out at $99,0...

Brief Summary. ETX2514 has minimal binding affinity for the vast majority of cellular receptors at projected efficacious concentrations. • No major interactions were identified against selected human serine proteases. In vitro studies to assess effects on cardiac ion channels, binding to enzymes, and effect on human serine proteases are described below. Pivotal cardiovascular, pulmonary, and neurologic safety pharmacology studies are detailed in the toxicology section (Section 4.4.4).
Brief Summary. IV PK of ETX2514 in rats were generally dose proportional with increasing dose. Exposure in males and females was comparable. Short half-lives of 0.23 and 0.80 hours in rats and dogs, respectively, resulted in no accumulation. Vdss ranged from 0.44 to 0.59 L/kg in rats and from 0.26 to 0.32 L/kg in individual dogs. • Protein binding of ETX2514 was very low with the percentage of unbound ETX2514 ranging from 78.3% to 100% across human, mouse, dog, rat, and guinea pig, with no evidence of saturation or concentration dependence. • In vitro, ETX2514 was metabolically stable in rat, dog, and human hepatocytes as well as rat and dog microsomes. • ETX2514 showed no significant inhibition of CYP enzymes, no in vitro evidence for induction potential, and no inhibitory potency against major transporters within a clinically relevant exposure range. • Clearance of ETX2514 in rats and dogs was predominantly via urinary excretion (59% and 71%, respectively). In vitro studies confirmed ETX2514 is a substrate for the kidney transporter OAT1 at concentrations in excess of 500 µM. This transport was inhibited competitively with the addition of probenecid. • An overview of nonclinical PK and PD studies conducted to date is presented in Table 4–11 and Table 4–12, respectively. Brief Summary. In developing the program, careful consideration was given to the program prioritization process, alumni surveys, the curriculum of similar environmental, anthropology, and environmentally focused geography programs, as well as national standards for anthropological training to ensure our graduates are well prepared for graduate studies as well as professional employment in the environmental sector. Based on geography surveys and observed enrollments, GIScience related courses are popular and the majority of graduates obtain professional positions that utilize GIS, remote sensing, and GPS. For this reason, the creation of the GIScience concentration reflects developments within the discipline, the core strengths of ISU geography, and the interests of our students. Primary assessment of this outcome will be evaluated through outcomes assessment tests and surveys that are given upon entry and graduation from the program. Students also have the option to choose research projects on which their oral and written presentations will be evaluated. These student-based research projects will provide further hands-on experience, which is part of the Department’s mission. The proposed curricular revision will enable students to achieve the following learning outcomes: Anthropology - to assess human societies in the present and past, interpret cultural, archaeological, and osteological data, summarize and present research results orally and in written form, and apply an interdisciplinary understanding of behavioral sciences to environmental situations. Program revisions will provide students with critical thinking skills and a more comprehensive, interdisciplinary education to approach human and environmental situations from a more integrated and holistic perspective. Geography - present data cartographically, understand human-environment interactions, collect/manipulate/analyze spatial data using geotechonologies, understand the spatial dynamics of the human experience, understand environmental/physical systems, and identify spatial patterns and processes. Finally, all students will be prepared to effectively and professionally communicate content knowledge vis-à-vis oral and written presentations. Program revisions will provide students with critical thinking skills and a more comprehensive, interdisciplinary education to approach human and environmental situations from a more integrated and holistic perspective. • SUMMARY As provided in the Fifth Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust and Trust Agreement of the Trust, as amended from time to time (the “Trust Agreement”) as currently in effect and described in the applicable Prospectus (defined below), units of fractional undivided beneficial interest in and ownership of each Fund (individually and collectively, the “Shares”) may be created or redeemed by the Managing Owner for an Authorized Participant in aggregations of two hundred thousand (200,000) Shares (each aggregation, a “Basket”). Baskets are offered only pursuant to the applicable registration statement of the Trust, with respect to all the Funds, excluding the DBA Fund and the DBS Fund, on Form S-3, with respect to the DBA Fund on Form S-3ASR, and with respect to the DBS Fund on Form S-1, as amended (Registration Nos.: 333-203008 et seq. with respect to all the Funds, excluding the DBA Fund and the DBS Fund; Registration Nos.: 333-185865 et seq. with respect to the DBA Fund only; Registration Nos.: 333-193222 et seq. with respect to the DBS Fund only), as currently effective and on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and as the same may be amended from time to time thereafter or any successor registration statement in respect of Shares of each Fund (each, a “Registration Statement,” collectively, the “Registration Statements”) together with the prospectuses of the Trust in the form filed with the SEC under Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “1933 Act”), after the effectiveness of the Registration Statements (each, a “Prospectus,” collectively, the “Prospectuses”). Under the Trust Agreement, the Managing Owner is authorized to issue Baskets to, and redeem Baskets from, Authorized Participants, (i) through the Continuous Net Settlement (“CNS”) clearing processes of the National Securities Clearing Corporation (the “NSCC”) as such processes have been enhanced to effect purchases and redemptions of Creation Baskets and Redemption Baskets (the “CNS Clearing Process”), or (ii) if outside the CNS Clearing Process, only through the facilities of The Depository Trust Company (“DTC” or the “Depository”) (the “DTC Process”), or a successor depository, and only in exchange for cash. This Agreement sets forth the specific procedures by which an Authorized Participant may create or redeem Baskets. For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Prospectus” shall mean the Prospectus for the DBA Fund, the Prospectus for the DBS Fund or the Prospectus for all of the Funds, excluding the DBA Fund and the DBS Fund, as the context requires. Because new Shares for each Fund can be created and issued by the Trust on an ongoing basis, at any point during the life of each respective Fund, a “distribution,” as such term is used in the 1933 Act, may be occurring. The Authorized Participant is cautioned that some of its activities may result in its being deemed a participant in a distribution in a manner that would render it a statutory underwriter and subject it to the prospectus delivery and liability provisions of the 1933 Act. The Authorized Participant should review the “Plan of Distribution” section of the applicable Prospectus and consult with its own counsel in connection with entering into this Agreement and submitting a Purchase Order Subscription Agreement (defined below). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Trust Agreement. To the extent there is a conflict between any provision of this Agreement and the provisions of the Trust Agreement, the provisions of the Trust Agreement shall control. To the extent there is a conflict between any provision of this Agreement and the provisions of the applicable Prospectus, the applicable Prospectus shall control. For the avoidance of doubt, any action which is an action being taken by the Managing Owner may be taken by a party whom the Managing Owner has duly authorized to take such action. To give effect to the foregoing premises and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth below, the parties hereto agree as follows:
