Completed Project definition

Completed Project means a Project that has been physically completed or fully implemented and in respect of which all related payments have been made by the Grant Recipient and the corresponding public contribution has been paid to the Grant Recipient.
Completed Project as used in this Part V means:

More Definitions of Completed Project

Completed Project means a project in which, as of the Closing Date, the Company has within the one-year period immediately preceding the Closing, completed all services required to be performed thereunder and that has been closed out and fully invoiced.
