Completion of Construction definition

Completion of Construction means all the construction is complete except for minor weather-related components and conforms to the approved plans and specifications and change orders.
Completion of Construction means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that the work of building and erection of the Project is substantially complete.
Completion of Construction means the time when all components of the project are installed and fully functional or when the infrastructure is used for its intended purpose, whichever occurs first. More Definitions of Completion of Construction

Completion of Construction means the issuance of a temporary or permanent certificate of occupancy for the improvements under construction, permitting the use and occupancy thereof for their regular intended uses.
Completion of Construction means the date the Partnership receives the required certificate of occupancy (or the local equivalent) for all 40 apartment units, and by the issuance of the Construction Inspector's certification, in a form substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit D and incorporated herein by this reference, with respect to completion of all the apartment units in the Apartment Housing.
