PROGRAM OF WORKS. As per the GCC, the Contractor shall submit to the Engineer for approval, a detailed Program based on the key date stated hereinafter or other dates which are given in the Letter of Acceptance in the form of a Critical Path Method (hereinafter referred to as CPM Network) showing the order of procedure in which he proposes to carry out the Works including mobilization, design, manufacture, delivery to the site, transport, storage, survey, construction, commissioning and maintenance; and the sub-activities. This Program shall indicate clearly all activities and its duration along with the earliest and the latest event, times and the first and last dates of the submission of the Drawings and each date of shop inspection by the Engineer for the section or portion of the Works. The Program so prepared shall be rearranged in the form of a Time Bar-chart Schedule of which size shall be 841mm x 594mm (A-1 size). This Time Bar-chart Schedule shall be submitted to the Engineer together with the CPM Network. The program (or, if necessary, a secondary program similarly formulated) shall clearly indicate the various work teams by discipline, including specialist sub-contracts and suppliers, as well as the Contractor's major plant and staff requirements, in order to demonstrate sequencing and non- conflict of resources. The Engineer may request summary versions of the program, or additional detail for critical sections. The Contractor will comply with all such requests. Once a Work Program has been approved by the Engineer it shall remain as the current version until such time as the Engineer instructs the Contractor to update or revise the program. The Contractor shall not modify his program without such instruction from the Engineer. Specifically, the Contractor's progress reports shall relate to the current program, and any delays shall be duly indicated. The CPM Network shall be in accordance with commonly accepted practices and shall show graphically the chain of activities / sub-activities and their sequential relationship with each other from the start of construction to the completion of the Contract. The Time Bar-chart Schedule shown in weeks shall list all main activities and its applicable sub-activities. In preparing the CPM Network and the Time Bar-chart Schedule the Contractor shall make due allowances for possible delays. PROGRAM OF WORKS. Space for storage may be available on the Sites and is subject to the agreement by the School; program the delivery of materials and equipment to suit the site conditions in order to avoid delivering the equipment to Site prematurely. Arrange the delivery and manufacturing of materials and equipment to cope with the approved program such that they arrive at Sites after all necessary submissions completed, structural suitability ascertained and the consent of the School to start work obtained. Any storage and transportation charges incurred due to early or partial shipment of the equipment shall be borne by the Contractor. Arrange for the daily supply of the necessary materials, equipment etc. for the carrying out of the works and for the removal of all surplus or dismantled material etc. at the end of each working day. Note that the materials and equipment shall be delivered to site and the whole installation works shall be completed within period as stated in the Service Order. Prepare to perform night work to ensure completion of all aspects of work according to the above mentioned period. The cost of the night work required shall be allowed in the Contract sum. Obtain approval from Environment Protection Department (EPD) to carry out the said night work as required. Take all these requirements into account when preparing the Tender.
PROGRAM OF WORKS. 7.1 The period of contract is Three months from the date of issue of LOA. However the work should be started within15 days after issue of LOA by the competent authority or as and when required.

  • Xxxxx of Work The Contractor shall provide information technology (IT) independent verification and validation (IV&V) services to Customers in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the ((IT) IV&V services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.

  • LAYOUT OF WORK The Contractor shall lay out its Work from base lines and benchmarks indicated on the Drawings, and shall be responsible for verification of all measurements in connection with the layout. The Contractor shall furnish all stakes, templates, platforms, equipment, tools, materials, and labor required to lay out any part of the Work. The Contractor shall also be responsible for maintaining and preserving all stakes and other marks established by Princeton University until authorized to remove them. If such marks are destroyed by the Contractor or through its negligence before their removal is authorized, Princeton University may replace them and deduct the expense of the replacement from any amounts due or to become due to the Contractor.   • USE OF WORK PRODUCTS 2.13.1 The City may use all Documents that Contractor prepares or obtains under this Agreement. In addition, Contractor shall provide the Director with supporting schedules, flow charts or other analysis necessary to understand the reported findings and recommendations. Generally, this information is attached as exhibits to the final report; however, if requested by the Director, Contractor shall provide this information from its work paper files.

  • OF WORK The normal hours of work for an employee are not a guarantee of work per day or per week, or a guarantee of days of work per week. The normal hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7%) hours per day, and seventy-five (75) hours in any period. The normal daily tour shall consist of seven and one-half hours, exclusive of a one-half hour unpaid meal period. Employees shall be entitled to a fifteen (15) minute paid break during each half of the normal daily tour, at a time designated by the Employer. Employees required for reporting purposes shall remain at work for a period of up to fifteen (15) minutes which shall be unpaid. Should the reporting time extend beyond fifteen ( I 5) minutes however, the entire period shall be considered for the purposes of payment. Requests for change in posted work schedules must be submitted in writing and by the employee willing to exchange days off or shifts and are subject to the discretion of the Administrator or her designate. In any event, it is understood that such a change initiated by the employee and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime compensation or payment or any other claims on the Employer by an employee under the terms of this t Where there is a change to Daylight Savings from Standard Time or vice-versa, an employee who is scheduled and works a full shift shall be paid for a seven and one-half (7.5) hour tour rather than the actual hours worked. The Employer will endeavour to accommodate requests by employees for specific days off and also requests for changes in posted time schedules once the schedule has been posted. Shift schedules shall be posted two (2) weeks in advance and shall cover a minimum of a four (4) week period. The following shall apply to full-time employees: During each pay period, two (2) consecutive days off will be scheduled. Schedules may provide for more than (5) consecutive days of work, but not more than seven (7) consecutive days of work without days off, as long as four (4) days off are scheduled in each fourteen (14) day period. Except as outlined below, meal time of one-half hour shall be scheduled away from the floor during the employee's shift whether day, evening or night. Where there is only one registered employee on duty, it is recognized that this is not possible. Should an employee be recalled to duty during meal time, additional time shall be provided later in the shift.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • REVIEW OF WORK The Consultant shall permit the City, its agents and/or employees to review, at any time, all work performed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at any stage of the work;

  • Completion of Works Buildings will be considered complete on the issue of the City’s Certificate of Occupancy. Other structures will be considered complete on the issue of the Company’s engineers notification of the completion of construction, and by the City’s certification.

  • SUBCONTRACTING OF WORK If a Contractor chooses to subcontract the scheduled work, the prime Contractor is solely responsible to ensure that the subcontractor has the necessary insurance, licenses, ability to provide the contracted services and shall adhere to all requirements stated herein.
