Installation Works definition

Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

Installation Works means, as the context so requires: collectively, all works which the Contractor is to carry out at the beginning of the Contract Period to install the Goods in accordance with the Specification and the Tender; or where there are a series of works to be carried out during the Contract Period to install the Goods in accordance with the Specification and the Tender, each set of installation works.

The Contractor acknowledges that the Authority relies on the skill and judgment of the Contractor in the supply of the Goods and the performance of its obligations under the Contract.
