CONTRACT SUM. 4.1 The Owner shall pay the Contractor in current funds for the Contractor's performance of the Contract the Contract Sum of Six Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Six Dollars ($674,896.00), subject to additions and deductions as provided in the Contract Documents.
CONTRACT SUM. (i) City agrees to pay Contractor for the services described herein. The total payment under this Contract shall not exceed Two Million Sixty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Two Dollars, ($2,067,302.00). No payment shall be made for work performed prior to the date upon which the last required signature is affixed to this Contract or the date of the Contractor's receipt of a Notice to Proceed, whichever occurs later.
