Service Order definition

Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;
Service Order. An order submitted by CLEC to CenturyLink ordering or changing an Unbundled Network Element, or other services and facilities (including any porting requests) available in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of Service Order in a sentence

  • If the Contractor’s documentary evidence is accepted by the Employer, the Employer shall accept the invoice originally raised by the Contractor and make the payment of the Discrepant Amount in accordance with the payment terms specified in the Service Order, from the date of submission of the documentary evidence by the Contractor.

  • The Contractor shall not subcontract the whole or part of the Scope of Work without the prior written approval of the Employer, other than to those Sub-Contractors which may be preapproved by the Employer and are set out in the Service Order.

More Definitions of Service Order

Service Order means the document which describes the Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, including any online order, process, or tool through which you request or provision Services.
Service Order means either an electronic order Customer submits to Aptum via one of its service portals, or any other written order (either in electronic or paper form) provided to Customer by Aptum, which describes the Services Customer is purchasing, and that is agreed to by the Parties.

Service Order. A request for Comcast to provide the Services to Service Location(s) submitted by Customer to Comcast (a) on a then-current Comcast form designated for that purpose or (b) if available, through a Comcast electronic or verbal order processing system designated for that purpose. Customer’s first Service Order is included as part of the Service Order Agreement.
