If the Affiliate resides in a different country than Customer, then the Service Order may include modifications to terms applicable to the transaction(s) (including but not limited to tax terms and governing law).
Other than standard Service Order charges, the Parties agree not to charge each other, or any of the other Party’s End Users for the provisioning or conversion of ported telephone numbers during regular working hours.
