Service Order definition

Service Order. An order submitted by CLEC to CenturyLink ordering or changing an Unbundled Network Element, or other services and facilities (including any porting requests) available in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;
Service Order means an order for Services or products.

  • For clarity, except as expressly set out in this Agreement, neither Party may terminate this MSA or any Service Order for convenience.

  • A Party shall not assign, novate, transfer, sub-contract, or otherwise dispose of any of its rights or obligations under this MSA and any relevant Service Order without the prior written consent of the other Party, which consent must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.


More Definitions of Service Order

Service Order means the document which describes the Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, including any online order, process, or tool through which you request or provision Services.
Service Order means either an electronic order Customer submits to Aptum via one of its service portals, or any other written order (either in electronic or paper form) provided to Customer by Aptum, which describes the Services Customer is purchasing, and that is agreed to by the Parties.

The initial Service Order is the document to which these Terms and Conditions are attached. Subsequent Service Orders will incorporate these Terms and Conditions by reference.
Service Order means either an electronic Service Order or a printed Service Order, in either case as issued by Newmont and executed or otherwise legally accepted by both parties and which references and incorporates these Service Terms and Conditions, together with any statement of work, scope of work, work order, or similar type of ancillary contractual document that is attached or linked thereto and executed or otherwise legally accepted by both parties.
