Other Dates. On December 1, 2014, inactive files will be closed.
Other Dates. Because of the modification of the Rent Commencement Date, the parties intend to modify certain other dates set forth in the Lease to a date which is approximately 90 days after such dates. Accordingly, Section 3(a)(iii) of the Lease is hereby modified so that the date “September 1, 2005” is changed to “December 1, 2005”. Section 3(a)(iii)(B) of the Lease is hereby modified so that the date “June 1, 2006” is changed to September 1, 2006. The modification of no other specific date set forth in the Lease is intended, unless expressly set forth in this First Amendment.
