Scope of Works definition

Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.
Scope of Works. (SOW) means the document included in the Bidding Document which explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Ministry and the Vendor/Contractor, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.

More Definitions of Scope of Works

Scope of Works means all the work including design, manufacturing of the Goods in accordance with material requisition attached in Appendix III and other activities such as inspection etc. to be performed by Bidder in accordance with this Purchase Order.
