Prevailing Wages and Working Conditions. Any undefined, initially-capitalized term used in this Section shall have the meaning given to such term in San Francisco Administrative Code Section 23.61. Tenant shall require its contractors and subcontractors performing ( i) labor in connection with a “public work” as defined under California Labor Code Section 1720 et seq. (which includes certain construction, alteration, maintenance, demolition, installation, repair, carpet laying, or refuse hauling work if paid for in whole or part out of public funds) or (ii ) Covered Construction to: (A) pay workers performing such work not less than the highest prevailing rate of wages, (B) provide the same hours, working conditions and benefits as in each case are provided for similar work performed in San Francisco County, and (C) employ apprentices in accordance with San Francisco Administrative Code Section 23.61 (collectively, “Prevailing Wage Requirements”). Tenant agrees to cooperate with the City in any action or proceeding against a contractor or subcontractor that fails to comply with the Prevailing Wage Requirements. Tenant shall include and shall require its subtenants, and contractors and subcontractors (regardless of tier), to include the Prevailing Wage Requirements and the agreement to cooperate in City enforcement actions in any Construction Contract with specific reference to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 23.61. Each such Construction Contract shall name the City and County of San Francisco, affected workers, and employee organizations formally representing affected workers as third party beneficiaries for the limited purpose of enforcing the Prevailing Wage Requirements, including the right to file charges and seek penalties against any contractor or subcontractor in accordance with San Francisco Administrative Code

Prevailing Wages and Working Conditions. Licensee shall comply with all applicable prevailing wage requirements, including but not limited to any such requirements in the California Labor Code, the City and County of San Francisco Charter or City and County of San Francisco Municipal Code. Prevailing Wages and Working Conditions. The Contractor undertakes to ensure that the Wages and Working Conditions for employees in its own organisation or sub-contractor's employees who directly contributes to the fulfilment of this agreement, comply with the wages and working conditions stated in act of 17 June 2005 no. 62 relating to working environment, working hours and employment protection etc.(The Working Environment Act), act of 29 April 1988 no. 21 relating to holidays (The Holidays Act) and any other relevant laws. The Contractor shall ensure that in areas related to and covered by regulation regarding general tariff agreement, the employees in its own organisation and the employees of any sub-contractors directly involved in the fulfilment of the Contractor's obligations under this agreement, do not have wages or working conditions that are inferior to those stipulated in the relevant regulation. For areas where the regulation regarding general tariff agreement does not apply, the Contractor shall ensure that the wages and working conditions of its own employees and any sub-contractor's employees, directly contributing to the fulfilment of the Contractor's obligations under this agreement, are not inferior to those stipulated by applicable nationwide tariff agreement applicable to the relevant sector. This applies to work performed in Norway.
Prevailing Wages and Working Conditions. Tenant Improvements and alterations and any construction, alteration, demolition, installation, maintenance, repair, or laying of carpet at, or hauling of refuse from, the Premises comprise a public work if paid for in whole or in part out of public funds. The terms “public work” and “paid for in whole or in part out of public funds” as used in this Section are defined in California Labor Code Section 1720 et seq ., as amended. Tenant agrees that any person performing labor for Tenant on any public work at the Premises shall be paid not less than the highest prevailing rate of wages consistent with the requirements of Section 6.22(e) of the San Francisco Administrative Code, and shall be subject to the same hours and working conditions, and shall receive the same benefits as in each case are provided for similar work performed in San Francisco County. Tenant shall include in any contract for such labor a requirement that all persons performing labor under such contract shall be paid not less than the highest prevailing rate of wages for the labor so performed. Tenant shall require any contractor to provide, and shall deliver to City upon request, certified payroll reports with respect to all persons performing such labor at the Premises.
Prevailing Wages and Working Conditions. Licensee agrees that any person performing labor in the construction of any alterations or improvements to the License Area, which Licensee provides under this License, shall be paid not less than the highest prevailing rate of wages as required by Section 6.22(E) of the Administrative Code, shall be subject to the same hours and working conditions, and shall receive the same benefits as in each case are provided for similar work performed in San Francisco, California. Licensee shall include in any contract for construction of such Alterations or Improvements a requirement that all persons performing labor under such contract shall be paid not less than the highest prevailing rate of wages for the labor so performed. Licensee shall require any contractor to provide, and shall deliver to City upon request, certified payroll reports with respect to all persons performing labor in the construction of such Alterations or Improvements to the License Area.
Prevailing Wages and Working Conditions. Certain contracts for work at the Project Site may be public works contracts if paid for in whole or part out of public funds, as the terms “public work” and “paid for in whole or part out of public funds” are defined in and subject to exclusions and further conditions under California Labor Code sections 1720–1720.6. In connection with the Project, Developer shall comply with all California public works requirements as and to the extent required by State Law. In addition, Developer agrees that all workers performing labor in the construction of public works (including the Public Improvements) under this Agreement will be (i) paid not less than the Prevailing Rate of Wages as defined in Administrative Code section 6.22 and established under Administrative Code section 6.22(e), (ii) provided the same hours, working conditions, and benefits as in each case are provided for similar work performed in the City in Administrative Code section 6.22(f) and (iii) employ apprentices in accordance with Administrative Code Section 23.61. Any contractor or subcontractor constructing Public Improvements must make certified payroll records and other records required under Administrative Code section 6.22(e)(6) available for inspection and examination by the City with respect to all workers performing covered labor. The City’s Office of Labor Standards Enforcement (“OLSE”) enforces applicable labor Laws on behalf of the City, and OLSE shall be the lead agency responsible for ensuring that prevailing wages are paid and other payroll requirements are met in connection with the work, all to the extent required hereunder and as more particularly described in the Workforce Agreement.‌
