Contract for Construction. The “Contract for Construction,” which constitutes the entire agreement between Owner and Construction Manager, consists of: this Agreement and all exhibits hereto; the General Terms and Conditions; special conditions, if any; proposal(s) submitted by Construction Manager and accepted by Owner, if any; the Construction Documents; any amendments or addenda executed by the Owner and the Construction Manager hereafter; Owner approved change order(s) or field orders; and the additional documents listed on Exhibit A, if any. Documents not included or expressly contemplated in this Section 1.5 do not, and shall not, form any part of the Contract for Construction. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, shop drawings and other submittals from the Construction Manager or its subcontractors and suppliers do not constitute a part of the Contract for Construction.

Contract for Construction. ARCHITECT'S STATUS: The extent of the Architect's duties and responsibilities, the Architect’s relationship with the Architect, and the limitations of the Architect’s authority during the Construction Phase of this Agreement shall be in accordance with the General Conditions contained in the City of Albuquerque Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction and all Supplemental General Conditions thereto, which are in effect on the date of execution of this Agreement or such other or additional General Conditions of the Construction Contract, as specified in Exhibit I, Architect’s Scope of Services of this Agreement, all of which are incorporated herein as though set forth in full. The term "Engineer" shall be replaced with the term "Architect" throughout said General Conditions. Such General Conditions and supplements thereto shall not be modified without the Architect’s written consent to the extent such changes effect the Architectural services required by this Agreement.

The above-described Contract Documents form the “Contract for Construction” or “Contract”, which Contract represents the entire and integrated agreement between Owner and Contractor, and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral, for the Project, and no other agreement or understanding of any nature concerning the same has been entered into or will be recognized, and all negotiations, acts, work performed, or payments made prior to the execution hereof with respect to the Project shall be deemed merged in, integrated and superseded by the Contract for Construction. Documents not included or expressly contemplated in this Section 1.1 do not, and shall not, form any part of the Contract for Construction.‌
