CITY AND PORT REQUIREMENTS. The San Francisco Municipal Codes (available at xxx.xxxxx.xxx) and City and Port policies described or referenced in this Lease are incorporated by reference as though fully set forth in this Lease. The descriptions below are not comprehensive but are provided for notice purposes only; Tenant is charged with full knowledge of each such ordinance and policy and any related implementing regulations as they may be amended from time to time. Tenant understands and agrees that its failure to comply with any provision of this Lease relating to any such code provision shall be deemed a material breach of this Lease and may give rise to penalties under the applicable ordinance.
