Construction Contract definition

Construction Contract or “contract” means a written agreement between a contractor and a public agency for the construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of a facility, other than a contract having a dollar value of less than $30,000.00 or a contract that provides for 3 or fewer payments.
Construction Contract means the contract to carry out the Works (whether or not that is a contract for the Works only or forms part of a contract for the building of other components of the Development).
Construction Contract as used in this Order means any contract for the construction, rehabilitation, alteration, conversion, extension, or repair of buildings, highways, or other improvements to real property.
