Country Club Membership. Employer agrees to reimburse Executive for reasonable country club membership dues, in accordance with Employer’s policy.
Country Club Membership. The Employee shall be entitled to an allowance for country club membership to be applied toward dues for business use of such club in an amount equal to $3,120 per year, payable in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll procedures.
Country Club Membership. During the Term, the Company shall pay the Executive's reasonable membership expenses (including fees, dues and related expenses) at such country club or clubs as approved by the Board.
Country Club Membership. The Company shall maintain a corporate membership for Executive at a local country club as determined by the Company. The Company shall be responsible for the monthly dues and any special assessments relating to such membership.
Country Club Membership. MIKOHN shall provide Employee with the use of a membership in a country club of Employee’s choice, the initial cost of which shall not exceed $35,000. In addition, MIKOHN shall reimburse Employee up to $500 per month for country club dues. Such monthly amounts shall be “grossed up” to cover Employee’s personal income taxes payable in connection therewith.
Country Club Membership. Employee shall be provided with access to a country club in accordance with the Company’s country club use policy, as modified from time to time. The club membership itself shall belong to, and be the property of, the Company and not Employee.
Country Club Membership. The Company will provide you with a country club membership in Los Angeles, California at a country club selected by the Company and reasonably acceptable to you and will pay or reimburse you for any and all membership fees in connection with such membership.
Country Club Membership. The Company will reimburse Employee for one country club membership initiation fee. Employee shall be responsible for monthly dues, expenses, assessments, etc., in connection with such membership.
Country Club Membership. During the term of this Agreement, the Corporation or the Bank will pay the initiation fee and annual membership fee for one country club of Executive’s choice.
Country Club Membership. Payment in full of membership fees and dues to a country club of the Employee's choice in the area of his employment together with payment or reimbursement of all charges incurred at such club relating to entertainment of business guests. Upon termination of this Agreement under Section 4.1, 4.2 or 4.6 hereof, such country club membership shall be transferred to Employee without further consideration.
