Ongoing Payments. Any termination or cancellation under any provision of this AGREEMENT shall not relieve LICENSEE of its obligation to pay any royalty or other fees due to UNIVERSITY at the time of such termination or cancellation.
Ongoing Payments. The Reinsured shall credit the Reinsurer with its share of all premiums and shall debit the Reinsurer with its share of all losses, allowances and loss adjustment expenses paid by the Reinsured under the Underlying Policies for the business reinsured under this Agreement.
Ongoing Payments. Starting on January 15, 2020, the Purchaser shall issue to the Dxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx Revocable Trust the Ongoing Purchaser Stock Consideration. The Ongoing Purchaser Stock Consideration shall be paid as a Collateral Fee for the funds currently held by the Company bank account(s).
Ongoing Payments. While Executive is employed pursuant to this Agreement, AVC will pay Executive a salary at a rate of One Hundred and Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($115,000) per annum, payable in substantially equal monthly or more frequent installments.

Ongoing Payments. To the extent that the Company receives monies, checks, drafts, money orders or other instruments payable to, or to the order of, the Company from any third party relating to the Accident and Health Insurance Contracts, the Accident and Health Business Agreements or other rights or obligations relating to the Accident and Health Business, the Company shall assign and transfer such amounts to the Reinsurer no later than on the date the next Monthly Report is due. If applicable, the Company shall pay such amounts, together with simple interest thereon from, and including, the earliest Monthly Report on which such amounts could have been recorded to, but not including, the date of payment computed at an annual rate equal to the LIBOR rate.

Nessun pagamento sarà dovuto o effettuato per i soggetti arruolati nello Studio che non hanno soddisfatto i criteri di inclusione/esclusione del Protocollo a meno che non sia stata ottenuta dallo Sponsor la previa approvazione scritta per l’arruolamento di tale soggetto. Payments for completed Study subject visits, as set forth in Table 1 below, will be paid on a quarterly basis for the actual number of Study visits completed by properly enrolled Study subjects (provided that CRFs have been completed and submitted through the electronic data capture system), less twenty percent (20%) of each quarterly payment, which will be withheld until and paid with the final payment. Quarterly payments will be made within forty-five (45) days after the end of each quarter. The quarterly schedule may be offset from the calendar quarter. No payments will be owed or made for subjects enrolled in the Study who did not meet the Protocol inclusion/exclusion criteria unless prior written approval for the enrollment of such subject was obtained from the Sponsor.
Ongoing Payments. Starting from 1st of July 2014 and payable on the first day of each calendar month, BDC shall throughout the term of this Agreement and until the BDC Payment Cap (together with the payments under subsection 2.1 (a)) has been reached, make on each month a payment in the amount of EURO [*] to Proteo. For August 2014 and August 2015 the monthly payments by BDC shall be increased to an amount of EURO [*]. BDC shall make such additional payments that Proteo reasonably requires for the continuation of the Development. Ongoing payments shall be made until the aggregate payments under Section 2.1 reach the BDC Payment Cap.
